The Veg Gift website and mobile application are owned and operated by Veggift Retail Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Veg Gift platform, including all orders, services, and interactions. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility and Account

Products, Prices, and Orders

All product images on the platform are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary. Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Placing an order on Veg Gift constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Payments

By placing an order, you authorize Veg Gift and its payment partners to process payments using your selected payment method. In case of payment failure or reversal, your order may be cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, availability, or other factors. Risk and ownership of products transfer to you upon successful delivery. If incorrect address details are provided or if the recipient is unavailable, delivery may fail and refund eligibility will follow our Refund Policy.

Referral and Rewards Program

Veg Gift may offer referral and rewards programs that allow users to earn benefits by referring new customers. These programs are subject to specific rules and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Fraudulent activity, fake referrals, or system misuse may lead to disqualification and account suspension. You must not post illegal, defamatory, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veg Gift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

Service Changes and Availability
