We have adopted this Refund and Cancellation Policy to explain how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed on the Veg Gift website or mobile application. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all our users.
Order Cancellation
By Customer
You may cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched. Once the order has been packed, cancellation may not be possible.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so through the “My Orders” section on the website/app or by contacting our support team at support@veggift.com or 7289988989.
If you have made a payment and the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:
Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations
Pricing or technical errors
Delivery limitations to your location
Detection of suspicious, bulk, or fraudulent orders
In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of vegetables, fruits, and FMCG products, returns are accepted only in specific cases. You may raise a return or replacement request if:
You receive damaged, spoiled, or expired products
There is a mismatch between what you ordered and what you received
Some items are missing from your order
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the issue
The product must not be consumed or tampered with
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as applicable.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled (by you or by Veg Gift) or a return request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
It typically takes 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
In some cases, Veg Gift Wallet Credits may be offered for faster adjustments, which can be used for future orders.
Delivery or convenience charges may be non-refundable unless the cancellation or return is due to an error from our side.
Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
Products reported for return after 24 hours of delivery
Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
Free or promotional products received through referral or reward programs
How to Raise a Refund or Return Request
1. Log in to your Veg Gift account and go to the My Orders section.
2. Select the relevant order and click on Raise Issue.
3. Choose the appropriate option: Cancel / Return / Refund.
4. Provide required details and upload any supporting images if necessary.
5. Our support team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

Policy Updates
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after the update will imply acceptance of the revised policy.
